An insider look at the events we supported with planning and hosting for our clients in 2025!

Here’s the first part of our two part Blog series recapping the stellar events our team helped organize and host this year!

We are a Public Relations firm that prides itself on AMPlifying both the image and presence of the brands we represent. There is nothing we love more than organizing and hosting events that showcase the amazing products and services our brands have to offer. We are so excited to share the AMP3 event magic that we created throughout 2025!

February:

Wrangler Waste Management Event

We took Wrangler across the country to activate at the 2025 Waste Management Phoenix Open. Tournament attendees were able to enjoy a fun photo-op with the classic “Wrangler Butts Drive Me Nuts” sign. As a consumer-facing activation, Wrangler hosted a pop-up booth where guests could spin a wheel and walk away with some swag.

Brahmin Media Appointments

We welcomed media to an exclusive preview of Brahmin’s SS25 collection, showcasing the brand’s signature craftsmanship and attention to detail. Guests explored the newest handbag designs, highlighted by seasonal colorways, textures, and elevated finishes. The appointments offered an intimate setting for editors to experience Brahmin’s SS25 lineup up-close. They also gained insights into the inspiration behind the collection, and discover standout pieces ahead of their launch.

March:

Road to Stagecoach – Desert 5 Brooklyn

First Stop on the Road to Stagecoach Tour? Desert 5 Brooklyn. Wrangler hosted the first of two parties to celebrate their collab activation at Stagecoach 2025. The party was full of signature Wrangler-branded cocktails, live music, and a surprise appearance and performance from country artist Tucker Wetmore.

Road to Stagecoach – Desert 5 Los Angeles

Next Stop: Desert Five Spot LA. Wrangler continued their Road to Stagecoach with a Desert 5 party and gifting suite in Los Angeles! Guests enjoyed private shopping experiences featuring Wrangler’s key festival styles, while enjoying custom Desert 5 Spot cocktails and live music. 

Dingo 1969 Media Appointments

AMP3 PR and Dingo 1969 hosted two days of SS25 media appointments at the AMP3 PR Flatiron office, offering editors an exclusive preview of the upcoming collection. Across in-person and virtual sessions, guests explored new Western-inspired styles, and to round out the experience, attendees were invited to choose their favorite style to be gifted following the appointment. This resulted in creating a personalized and streamlined introduction to the SS25 lineup.

April:

Wrangler Ranch Stagecoach

We were so excited to help our client Wrangler, also the Official Denim Sponsor, bring the Wrangler Ranch back to Stagecoach for the second consecutive year. Festival goers were able to enjoy fun photo ops, a retail store with denim customization, a bar curated by our friends, The Desert Fives Spot LA, and artist meet + greets. 

May:

TruSkin SPF Launch at Condé Nast

TruSkin visited Condé Nast to celebrate the upcoming launch of their new SPF 30 Facial Serum. The event offered light bites, refreshments, and a first look at the brand’s newest skincare innovation. Guests were able to take home a selection of products!

June:

Wrangler X Made In Dinner in Nashville

AMP3 helped celebrate the launch of Wrangler’s new collaboration with Made In at the Audrey in Nashville. Local media, influencers, and VIP’s joined us for a first look at the collab, a seated dinner filled with incredible food and conversation, and custom chain stitching from our friends, Ranger Stitch. 

July:

Livestream with Stylist Brittany Theodora x Christopher Bell

A curated live-streaming event with COOFANDY, NASCAR driver Christopher Bell, and stylist Britt Theodora, that blends racing and fashion. Bell kicked off the event with a brand talk on Coofandy’s vision, its collaboration with the JGR No. 20 Team, and his own racing experience, followed by a Q&A. Guests enjoyed light bites, beverages, and networking before hearing from Britt Theodora, who shared Coofandy collection insights and styling tips inspired by the intersection of racing and style.
