An insider look at the events we supported with planning and hosting for our clients in 2025!

Here is the second part of our two part Blog series recapping the stellar events our team helped organize and host this year!

As a Public Relations firm that prides itself on AMPlifying both the image and presence of the brands we represent, there’s nothing we love more than organizing and hosting events that showcase the amazing products and services our brands have to offer. We are so excited to share the AMP3 event magic that we created throughout the year!

August:

Wrangler Market Week

AMP3 and Wrangler hosted an exciting event at the Wrangler showroom where we invited media and influencers (for the first time!) to show highlights and previews of Wranglers upcoming collections. Our attendees were the first to see the seasonal Fall, Lainey Wilson, Coors, and Stranger Things collections as well as the collaborations with George Strait and Cody Johnson. We also introduced Tucker Wetmore as the face of the ATG line. To make the event even more memorable, the media and influencers were gifted a style of their choice. 

September:

NYFW Gifting Suite

One of our favorite weeks of the year! We welcomed media, influencers, and VIP’s to the Sir Richards Flat at the Virgin Hotels in New York City for an intimate experience. Guests were able to connect 1-1, enjoy some light bites, and get an inside look at our clients. Our wonderful attendees were also gifted exciting items from our sponsors and clients!

Wrangler x Coors Banquet Tour – Denver, Nashville, Dallas 

Our team went cross-country to bring our client, Wrangler, and their collaboration with Coors Banquet to life in Nashville, Denver, and Dallas. With line-dancing, bull-riding, giveaways, and performances by Angel White, Carter Faith, and Drake Milligan – the Wrangler X Coors Banquet Tour was legendary!

Wrangler x Filson 

Media, influencers, and VIP’s gathered at the New York City Filson flagship store for an exclusive look at the Wrangler X Filson collaboration. With food and drinks, live music, an on-site chainstitcher, and a photobooth to capture the moment; we’d say the launch party was a hit!

October:

 KEF Media Event at Hearst

An exciting event at Hearst, we had two of KEF’s latest launches on display; their Coda W Wireless HiFi Bluetooth Bookshelf Speakers and Muo Portable Bluetooth Speaker. Media attendees were able to come learn about their unique features and hear the Coda W speakers in action. There were also light hors d’oeuvres, and a giveaway to win a set of Coda W speakers to take home.

COOFANDY Martinsville Race with Christopher Bell 

Earlier this year, COOFANDY launched a collection in collaboration with JGR driver Christopher Bell. To celebrate, Bell drove a COOFANDY wrapped car for his Martinsville race in October, where media was invited to watch and get the VIP NASCAR experience. Throughout the day, guests got a behind-the-scenes tour of the track along with a meet & greet with Bell himself. COOFANDY also had a pop-up in the Fan Zone area of the race, where all NASCAR attendees could stop by for photo opportunities, learn more about the brand and check out the COOFANDY wrapped race car up close!

Wrangler Atelier in Nashville

AMP3 and Wrangler traveled to Nashville to introduce the Wrangler Atelier, inviting artists, stylists, and brand friendlies. Guests had the opportunity to have face time with Wrangler, check out the current season’s product, and pull some pieces. Additionally, there were Archive Wrangler pieces on display. Guests also walked away with a gifted denim jacket and other key pieces that caught their eye.

November:

Wrangler x Stranger Things at Hearst

AMP3 and Wrangler hosted an exclusive media event at Hearst to welcome the highly anticipated Wrangler x Stranger Things collection. Editors and writers from across Hearst’s portfolio of publications, were invited to the preview. The event drew 70 attendees, generating excitement around the upcoming launch. Guests were each gifted a piece of their choice from the collection and were able to take some goodies home from our ’80s-inspired candy bar!

Wrangler X WACO Store Opening

To celebrate the Wrangler store opening in Waco, Texas, AMP3 and Wrangler hosted a consumer-facing event in Waco to welcome the local community. Built around the “Wrangler ♥ Waco” theme, the event invited guests to experience the space through interactive activations, gifting moments, and photo opportunities that brought the brand’s spirit to life. The lively atmosphere created an engaging destination for shoppers, fostering a sense of connection between Wrangler and the Waco community.

December:

Wrangler x Stranger Things in LA 

Wrangler hosted an immersive Wrangler x Stranger Things event in Los Angeles, celebrating the collaboration inspired by the hit series. Guests explored the limited-edition collection up close, featuring vintage-inspired denim and nostalgic details that captured the spirit of Hawkins. The event brought the partnership to life through a unique setting, offering an engaging moment for attendees to experience the collection and its storytelling firsthand.

NFR in Las Vegas

AMP3 and Wrangler headed out to Las Vegas to celebrate its partnership with the National Finals Rodeo honoring the brand’s longstanding ties to Western heritage. Guests explored exclusive Wrangler styles designed with rodeo performance and tradition in mind, showcasing classic details with a modern edge. The event served as an authentic gathering of industry insiders and rodeo fans, reinforcing Wrangler’s presence within the Western community.

florence by mills X DELSEY PARIS at Macy’s

Macy’s and DELSEY hosted a festive meet-and-greet event with Millie Bobby Brown to celebrate the launch of the florence by mills x DELSEY PARIS collaboration at the iconic Macy’s Herald Square in New York City. The two-hour event featured influencer content, press interviews, photo moments, and a fan meet-and-greet. This led to excitement and buzz for the in-store launch. With on-site support from DELSEY, Macy’s, Shelter PR, AMP3 PR, and IMG, the event successfully engaged media, influencers, and fans alike, generating widespread attention and over 400 million impressions across press and social media.
