As a Public Relations firm that prides itself on AMPlifying both the image and presence of the brands we represent, there’s nothing we love more than organizing and hosting events that showcase the amazing products and services our brands have to offer. Summer is the perfect time for the AMP3 event magic to happen!
Here’s the second and final part of our Blog series recapping the stellar events our team helped organize and host this summer!
Wrangler Market Week: August 20th-21st
From August 20th-21st, Wrangler hosted their bi-annual Market Week to showcase the Fall/Winter 2024 Collection. Additionally, reporters and editors were able to preview the following collaborations: Wrangler x Hot Wheels, Wrangler Bespoke, Wrangler x Cody Johnson Collection, STAUD + Wrangler 3.0, Wrangler x Lainey Wilson Capsule Collection, and Wrangler x Happy Socks!
Appointments were held in-person for NYC-based media and virtually to extend brand reach to contacts in other locations. The showroom set-up and imagery was a huge success, as editors said that it brought the collection to life and built excitement for the upcoming season.

TruSkin Caffeine Serum Launch X HEARST: September 4th
On Wednesday, September 4th TruSkin spent the day at Hearst Towers in NYC to introduce their new Caffeine Serum and showcase their Hero Serum line. TruSkin took over the 16th floor with a pop-up product display and matcha bar from NYC hot-spot Grace Street for editor RSVPs. The central location of the pop-up and word-of-mouth generated more foot traffic – anyone passing by could get a product sample and try some matcha and treats from the bar! We also had Mary Bonnet, from Netflix’s Selling Sunset, stop in between her photoshoot to enjoy some matcha and grab a Caffeine Serum!
Leading up to the event, AMP3 managed venue acquisition, matcha partnership, editor research & outreach, and other logistics & plannings. At the event, AMP3 supported with on-site assistance, and post-event, our team will continue facilitating and fostering those media relationships.
NYFW Gifting Suite and Media Lounge: September 9th-10th
To kick off New York Fashion Week, we hosted our annual Gifting Suite + Media Lounge to showcase products from our clients and offer attendees a place to rest in between the hectic schedule of shows and events. The exclusive event, hosted at the Virgin Hotel on September 9th and 10th, shared the latest trends and innovations from each brand.
The NYFW Gifting Suite was attended by media editors and journalists, influencers, stylists, and celebrities, who had the chance to explore current and upcoming products from brands including: Wrangler, Merrell, HUE, TruSkin, CAT Footwear, Brahmin, Saucony, Nuovo York Pizza, Delsey Paris, FITCRUNCH, Champagne Nicolas Feuillatte, Wolverine, Community Coffee, Arvino, Real Cookies, Cat Apparel and VERI.
Guests received a “NYFW Survival Kit” full of goodies from our featured brands, as well as the event sponsors: Stratia, Oat Haus, Cure Hydration, CraftMix, Nopalera, Poppy & Pout, L’Occitane, Zoya and Teleties.

Lainey Wilson x Wrangler VIP Event: September 17th
On Tuesday, September 17th, Wrangler took over the rooftop at Lainey Wilson’s new bar “Bell Bottoms Up” for the Private Grand Opening in Nashville. The event, bringing in 500+ guests, featured mannequins dressed in the collection and banners of Lainey in the collection. There was also a chain-stitcher that customized Wrangler X Lainey Wilson bandanas for guests, which was a huge hit. Lainey put on a 40-minute performance on the rooftop, singing “Heart Like A Truck”, “Hang Tight Honey”, “4x4xU”, and more!
Leading up to the event, AMP3 facilitated the design & layout of the Wrangler activation onsite and coordinated with the bar’s team ahead of the event. Following the event, AMP3 had several different forms of marketing materials created left at the bar so future guests could scan the QR code and check out the collection both ahead of launch and after launch.
CAT Footwear Invader Max Launch: September 18th
On Wednesday, September 18th, CAT Footwear hosted the Invader Max launch party to showcase their most capable, overbuilt boot to date. The intimate editor event was hosted at LiveAxe in New York, where they were able to put the boots to the test. Editors were able to enjoy food & drinks, take a turn at axe-throwing, and participate in the rage room (all while wearing their Invader Max boots of course!) At the end of the event, each guest left with a toolbox that included their own pair of Invader Max boots, a clipboard, CAT socks, and a CAT baseball hat.
Leading up the event, AMP3 supported venue acquisition, editor research & outreach, and assisted on other logistics & planning. At the event, AMP3 supported with on-site assistance & set-up, and post-event, AMP3 & The Agency will continue facilitating and fostering the media relationships made for future CAT launches and events.
With summer coming to an end, our team is proud of the great events and experiences we were able to be a part of for our clients! We couldn’t have done it without everyone’s hard work, our amazing clients, and our influencer, media, and VIP family!
