Here’s an insider look at the events we supported with planning and hosting for our clients this summer!
As a Public Relations firm that prides itself on AMPlifying both the image and presence of the brands we represent, there’s nothing we love more than organizing and hosting events that showcase the amazing products and services our brands have to offer. Summer is the perfect time for the AMP3 event magic to happen!
Here’s the first part of our two part Blog series recapping the stellar events our team helped organize and host this summer!
HUE X Condé Nast: May 8th
On Wednesday, May 9th, HUE spent the day at the Condé Nast headquarters in New York City’s One World Trade Center to introduce their newest footwear and swimwear collections. The brand took over The Bar on the 35th Floor, setting up a pop-up showroom for editors who were directly invited by AMP3. The central location within the building allowed for additional foot traffic as well – anyone who was passing through for coffee or a work break could stop and check out the products. The three-hour 1:1 event was followed by a happy hour for all Condé Nast employees to preview the collections, partake in a giveaway, and enjoy a specialty cocktail and hor d’oeuvres.
Leading up to the event, AMP3 supported by liaising with the Condé Nast team, finalizing the food & beverage menu, assisting with branding/decor design & asset printing, and editor outreach. At the event, AMP3 supported with on-site assistance, and post-event, the team will continue facilitating and fostering those media relationships.
HUE X Pure Barre: May 15th
On Wednesday, May 15th, HUE hosted a private event to introduce their newest footwear and swimwear collections to select media and influencers. The brand took over Pure Barre at Union Square, setting up a showroom and barre class for attendees, as a play on the ballet flat. The exclusive workout session was followed by a social hour, where our editors and influencers were encouraged to preview the collections and enjoy light bites and refreshments. Since the pop-up took place in the front lobby, guests from other classes were also able to check out the products, and even receive extra coupon cards to bring them to the HUE website.
Leading up to the event, AMP3 supported by securing the Pure Barre space, finalizing the food & beverage sponsorship, doing invite outreach, and assisting with branding & decor design, as well as asset printing. At the event, AMP3 supported with transporting all samples and materials to the space, as well as on-site facilitation. Post-event, the AMP3 team is continuing to foster the warm relationships created with media and influencers.
TNV Press Trip: June 17th-19th
From Monday, June 17th, through Wednesday, June 19th, members of our team hosted five renowned food, dining, and entertainment editors at the North Block Hotel and Trinchero Napa Valley for an immersive getaway. Their time at TNV kicked off on Monday with a wine tour, custom hat making, and finished off with a sunset dinner. Come Tuesday, the group ate lunch at the cellar room, strolled through downtown St. Helena, barrel tasted at the wine cave and had a mozzarella demo and 4-course dinner with Chef James.
Leading up to the event, AMP3 supported by securing space at the North Block Hotel, doing invite outreach, finalizing the brand partnerships for the gift bags, and offering on-site facilitation and accompaniment for our guests of honor throughout the three day experience. Post-event, the AMP3 team is continuing to foster the incredible relationships created with this group of editors as well as cherishing the memories made in this unforgettable trip.
Wrangler BeSpoke Launch: August 22nd
On Thursday, August 22nd, Wrangler celebrated the launch of their new female denim collection: Wrangler Bespoke! In order to effectively engage with both existing and new target customers, our AMP3 team supported Wrangler in organizing and hosting an event for these to celebrate the new collection. The BeSpoke collection made its mark at Van Leeuwen’s Ice Cream shop in Williamsburg, kicking off their stylish yet dynamic collection with a celebration that encompassed just that! Guests were able to enjoy many touchpoints to interact with the collection as well as a free scoop of ice cream. We had the full collection of 5 mannequins that were styled with Bespoke shirts and accessorized with Charlie 1 Horse hats, western belts and cowgirl boots. There was also a touch and feel section where guests could engage with the jeans and feel the stretch. Each guest at the VIP hour was given the opportunity to write a personalized postcard to a special female in their life to celebrate finding the perfect fit and that person was sent a free pair of Wrangler Bespoke jeans along with the personalized postcard. During the consumer window, guests were offered a 25% Bespoke discount code to share with a friend on their postcard as well.
Leading up to the event, AMP3 supported by securing space at Van Leeuwen’s, curating the influencer, media, and celeb list, handled event promotion with key paid social media activations, coordinated logistics and display of the event. During and post event, our team guided guests through the experience, providing them with input on the fabulous collection, took down event display and tracked social media coverage received.
