The “official” kick-off for summer might be Memorial Day for most people but for red carpet devotees it’s been the Billboard Music Awards red carpet since 2011.
Although this year’s red (read: pink) carpet was slightly underwhelming, we still managed to pick our top three favorite looks of the night.
