On Thursday, November 2nd, AMP3 PR client Cat Footwear hosted a press preview to showcase its latest Fall 2017 collection, while providing an exclusive first look at the Spring/Summer 2018 collection. As a celebration of Cat Footwear’s #GoBoldly campaign, the evening was filled with bold eats, drinks, and tunes.
In addition to loads of wearable boots to admire, guests at the event enjoyed a mix of bold sips and bites. Top New York City eateries joined the party and filled the room with some bold feastin’. There were Sigmund’s Pretzels covered in various cheeses, dips and toppings from sweet to savory. Big Mozz was in the house serving up deep fried mozzarella sticks sprinkled with fresh parmesan, which made mouths water and taste buds soar. And for dessert, Bona Bona served up some torched ice cream to wow guests and satisfy every sweet tooth.
For those who wanted to fully indulge in a bold night, Underwood Wines and Michigan’s own Founders Brewing Co. were on hand with the boldest of booze for guests to enjoy, while DJ Jasper Stapleton did his thing and delivered powerful beats that got the crowd moving, drinks in hand. When they weren’t boozing and eating, attendees were able to stop by and visit with the guys from Brooklyn’s Smith Street Tattoo Parlour, who were on-site tattooing custom designs directly on to party goers’ new Cat boots. And as if that wasn’t enough, a good old fashioned bracket-style beer pong tournament really got the crowd going with a bold competitive energy that couldn’t be beat! Lexi and Huston, our winning team, put on quite a show and ultimately took home the $1000 prize!
