CASE STUDY: Brooklyn Candle Studio
Eco-Friendly Candle Brand seeks to build PR buzz and expand influencer relationships
Brooklyn Candle Studio, a safe and eco-friendly candle line made from 100% soy wax and lead-free cotton core wicks primed with vegetable based wax, approached AMP3 looking to expand their reach through an Influencer Marketing Campaign & Traditional PR. The challenge was a very short timeline and limited influencer budget.
AMP3 sought out both established influencers with massive followings as well as micro influencers in order to have a balanced campaign and reach as many eyeballs as possible. Seeing the greatness in BCS, we believed our influencer community would genuinely love this brand and be very excited by their products, so we approached our contacts only offering an exchange of gifted product, and no additional payments. For traditional PR, we focused our storytelling on the founder and backstory, as well as the quality of the candles.
Over the span of just 3 months, AMP3 seeded product to over 75 influencers, ranging from 1M followers to 1K followers.
Over 40 influencers posted static in-feed photos including and tagging BCS, resulting in a reach of more than 2.6 Million.
Over 50 influencers posted on their IG stories mentioning BCS, resulting in a reach of more than 6.7 Million.
With the exception of two posts, BCS didn’t pay any fees for these influencer partnerships.
Notable Influencers include Brittany Xavier (1M), Summer Albarcha (446K), Eugenie Grey (430K), Olia Majd (418K), Kathleen Barnes (401K), Laura Beverlin (358K), Becky Hillyard (339K), Kendall Kremer (238K), Shalice Noel ( 211K), Missy Ulmer (152K), Farrah Davidson (146K), Rachel Lynch (142K), Scarlett Hao (142K), Anna English (131K), Jess Kirby (120K), Tiffany Jais (103K), Mireille Beckwith (102K), Vicky Penaloza (101K), and many more.
