Trey Morgan Featured in the Wall Street Journal

AMP3 PR client Trey Morgan was featured in the Wall Street Journal this morning as the paper’s Donor of the Day. Additionally, Trey was featured in Encore Magazine and recently made appearances on both the The Judith Regan Show on SIRIUS Satellite Radio as well as the Elvis Duran show on Z100 to discuss his 30 Deeds, 30 Days campaign.

30 Deeds, 30 Days kicked off today with Trey helping to build a house for Habitat for Humanity. September has barely begun and Trey has already confirmed his full volunteer schedule. AMP3 adds Nolcha Fashion Week to the Roster

AMP3 PR is excited to announce our involvement in this September’s Nolcha Fashion Week (New York), showcasing Spring 2011 collections.

Nolcha is the go-to location for independent global fashion brands, providing business support, events and online programs for designers and retailers–making business easy for the fashion minded.

Nolcha Fashion Week will run September 13 – September 16 in New York City, featuring runway shows, the Ethical Fashion Preview & Accessory Exhibition, and the Beyond The Runway Awards–where a panel of judges will select one designer to win a business support package valued at $50,000 (which will include retail space, legal advice, website development, branding, and accounting services by Ernst & Young).

AMP3 PR Adds Radio Personality Trey Morgan to the Roster

AMP3 PR has added Z100 radio personality Trey Morgan to our entertainment roster as he pursues his “30 Deeds, 30 Days” experience. On September 1st Trey Morgan will be embarking on a charitable adventure, setting out to work with 30 different charitable organizations on each of the 30 days of September.

Like many, Trey Morgan is someone who has always wanted to find a way to give his time to others, but just didn’t know how or what to do. Deciding not to choose at all, Trey came up with the idea for “30 Deeds, 30 Days”. Through “30 Deeds, 30 Days” Trey hopes to to challenge himself both physically and mentally, while also finding his charitable passion.

Blazetrak Featured in Billboard Magazine

Super-producer, Rodney “Darkchild” Jerkins, and AMP3 PR client, Blazetrak, are teaming up to launch a global talent search. Auditions will be accepted throughout the month of August with all aspiring producer/songwriters invited to submit their best track to “Darkchild” through the Blazetrak platform at www.blazetrak.com. The talent search will ultimately result in a signed publishing deal with Darkchild/RJ Productions LLC.

During the month of September, Darkchild will personally review each and every song submission. All entrants are guaranteed a 45 second – 1 minute video response directly from Darkchild, including his expert critique of the song at hand. The submission fee is $100.

On October 1st, 2010, one lucky winner will be announced LIVE on Ustream and will be offered the production/publishing deal. To reference the mainstream magnitude of this opportunity for an unknown producer/songwriter on the rise, Darkchild’s most recent hit was Lada Gaga & Beyonce’s “Telephone”. He has also produced hits for Mary J Blige and Michael Jackson among many others.

Additionally, Darkchild is open to signing more talent, stating that, “If two or three of the entries are really good, then I will sign them all. Talent is talent.”

Ricky Martin Partners With Doral Bank For Awareness Campaign

As of this week, Ricky Martin (and The Ricky Martin Foundation) have announced a partnership with Doral Bank, for an awareness campaign designed to help combat the growing issue of Child Exploitation and Human Trafficking in his home country of Puerto Rico.

AMP3 PR client, Doral Bank, is a Puerto Rico-based bank that runs a slew of community initiatives for corporate social responsibility and is all about doing good.  Some of its programs include: Ruta Pink (a pink bus that goes around offering free mammograms and educates on the importance of early detection), d’Hogares (donates homes to families who otherwise would not have one), d’Parques (reforestation of local parks), d’Museo (free arts education) and now, as of this week, they’ve announced their partnership with The Ricky Martin Foundation for a program called Se Trata (an awareness campaign for “Human Trafficking”).
