“Precious Things” exhibit by Amanda Dolan on October 17!

The opening for Amanda Dolan’s latest installation of artwork, “Precious Things,” will be on Saturday night, October 17th. This exhibit, which is the follow-up to “Call Me Crazy” and “Heart Attack,” is different for Amanda in the sense that she hasn’t set herself to a rigid theme. Instead, she has put together a diverse collection of her most recent inspirations – including more mixed media art, doggie portraits, and even some sculpture work which she is dubbing “post-modern flower pots.”

chocri wins German business start-up award and announces its US launch

Customized chocolate bar company and AMP3 PR client, chocri, took home the top prize at this year’s Gründerpreis (or “Founders”) Awards, held by the weekly German business news magazine, WirtschaftsWoche. The WirtschaftsWoche holds the annual competition for innovative start-ups seeking to conquer the global market with their creative ideas and fresh use of technology.

This win comes after the announcement of chocri expanding to the United States market starting in January 2010. The concept behind chocri is to have consumers personalize their own chocolate bar by choosing a chocolate base – dark, milk, or white – and then select “toppings” of their choice to create their very own customized chocolate bar.

For up-to-date information on chocri’s USA expansion, visit www.createmychocolate.com or follow chocri on Twitter at www.twitter.com/chocridotcom. The official website (in German) can be found at www.chocri.de.
