This is a great opportunity for students and interns to get a feel for our agency, get involved in our latest events and take advantage of perks like free products & services. If you’re applying for a summer internship while school is out, why not get involved even earlier during the Spring semester. This program will serve as a platform for us to get to know you and source in-house interns and staff.

Nolcha Fashion Week February 2011 Wraps Up

This year’s Nolcha Fashion Week kicked off with a Pop-Up Showroom at The Empire Hotel Rooftop on Thursday, February 10th.

Nolcha presented 19 independent fashion brands, six of which were eco-friendly/sustainable. Press & Industry personnel were given the option to sign up for a Style Tour of the showroom with celebrity stylist, Jess Zaino of Style Network &, or they could browse the collections at their leisure. The onsite Beauty Oasis offered hair and make-up touch ups by Paul Mitchell and nails and lashes by Kiss. Following the event, guests were invited to a Cocktail Party to celebrate Nolcha Fashion Week.

The events continued on Friday, February 11th with a fashion presentation at 632 on Hudson. The townhouse’s kitchen was turned into a beauty bar while the rest of the space was used to showcase four participating Nolcha designers. Downstairs, the Fashion Director of Saks Fifth Avenue presented new trends on the runway.

Later on Friday night, Nolcha celebrated the launch of their new e-commerce platform:, with a launch party at Ava Lounge in the Dream Hotel in Midtown, Manhattan. The website will offer a unique opportunity for independent designers and retailers to create their own digital storefront, and savvy consumers the opportunity to shop locally for international brands.

Nolcha announces Winner of the Blazetrak Fashion Week Competition

After an intensive two month search, Nolcha in conjunction with announces the winner in their competition for the best independent fashion brand: womenswear designer, Abreu Rios (

Nolcha and Blazetrak (both clients of AMP3 PR) had partnered to host a contest that would ultimately give one aspiring designer the opportunity of a lifetime to participate in Nolcha Fashion Week: New York in February 2011. From November 17th, 2010 through January 17th, 2011; fashion designers from all over the world were invited to enter this online competition. By submitting pictures of their best work through Blazetrak, designers were guaranteed a review by Nolcha’s team, and potentially, the career opportunity of a lifetime.

It was a tough choice,” says Nolcha’s CEO, Kerry Bannigan, “However, Abreu Rios was chosen for several key factors: the brand’s use of color is innovative, subtle and effective. The cuts and finish are precise and overall the brand has great marketability. I look forward to assisting the brand growth.
