AMP3 Adds Contorno’s Restaurant to Client Roster

AMP3PR is excited to announce that we are handling the pr for Contorno’s Restaurant– a new family owned Rustic Italian ristorante tucked away in the back of the new Boutique Holiday Inn just steps away from the Empire State Building and Herald Square.

The vision for Contorno’s is Sunday Family Dinner, meaning a place for family and friends to come together at the dinner table, enjoy laughter, and many small dishes of traditional, old world Italian style food paired with fine Italian wine.

We will be holding a private opening event and media night on February 22nd.

AMP3 Adds Splash.FM To Client Roster

AMP3PR is excited to announce that we are handling publicity for the launch of a new music discovery platform called Splash.FM.

Splash.FM offers a simple and social way to discover new music based on “who you know” mechanics versus a “what it sounds like” algorithm. Basically, Splash.FM allows you to create a profile, follow your friends, browse for songs, and “Splash” the ones you love. Unlike most music streaming services, the Splash.FM platform began by building a dedicated social layer first, and music streaming capabilities second.

Splash.FM will launch in Private Beta on January 16th and will be made available to press, industry tastemakers and a select group of college testers. To be one of the first to check out Splash.FM, visit the website and request an invite to get on the list.

AMP3 PR Adds Polpettina Homestyle Pizza Kitchen To Client Roster

AMP3 Public Relations is thrilled to announce that we’re handling the publicity agency needs for Polpettina Homestyle Pizza Kitchen– a new Italian influenced New American restaurant in Eastchester, NY, just a short metro north ride outside the city.

Polpettina is in the midst of an expansion, scheduled to be complete October 1st, 2011, that will add the Polpettina Market to their existing space. Polpettina Market will bring additional seating as well as a market where you can buy homemade jarred Polpettina products and organic Blue Bottle coffee.

We will be holding an opening party for the restaurant later this October.

Nolcha Fashion Week September 2011 Comes To An End

This fall, Nolcha Fashion Week began with Fashion’s Night Out on September 8th, 2011. Nolcha hosted an Independent Pop Up Shop at the Opia Lounge on 57th Street. The event was hosted by The New York Post, Ricardo Ralph Lopez, Farasha Boutique, and

Seventeen fashion brands were presented at FNO; at least three of which are eco friendly. Press and Industry personnel had the opportunity to browse the different collections; visit the beauty bar set up by Kroma Makeup and Kiss Nails; and sample cocktails provided by Don Q Rum. The first 100 shoppers who attended received a gift bag with goodies from vitabath and LypSyl among others.

Nolcha Fashion Week continued on Monday September 12th at The Metropolitan Pavilion. The event featured 3 runway shows, and an all day Apparel and Accessories Exhibition. People could browse the various collections at the exhibit while waiting for the runway shows to begin; or they could visit stations sponsored by Kiss Nails and vitabath. The runway shows were scheduled at 1pm, 4pm and 7pm and featured 12 different collections.

Nolcha Fashion Week officially concluded on Wednesday with the closing party presented by kiss nails at The Sanctuary Hotel on West 47th Street.
